Mr. Winckler is an owner and director of Folsom Properties, Inc., and is a partner, executive officer and director of related companies. He is responsible for overall accounting, cash management, data processing, and management of collateral pledged to lenders. He is also involved in the development of company systems, personnel policies and operations on a daily basis. Mr. Winckler joined Folsom as controller in 1969. From 1974-1979 he took a leave of absence to serve as Administrative Manager of Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas. Before joining Folsom, he served for two years as Assistant Treasurer of the holding company of Texstar Corporation. After serving in the military, in 1962 he began his career as a staff accountant with Alford, Meroney & Company. Mr. Winckler became a Certified Public Accountant after earning a BA in Accounting from Texas A & M University. From a personal standpoint, he is married, has two children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He serves as a deacon of the First Baptist Church of Dallas, and has chaired several deacon and church committees.
