Mark H. Slater, served as the CIO for pbhc/MenningerCare Systems from 1993 – 2000 where he shaped organizational direction as a member of the senior strategic management group. He improved call center efficiency and reduced overall costs by implementing a unified messaging solution. He worked to establish a relationship with telecom giant, Ericsson of North America to become one of their beta test sites in North America. As the lead member of the software development team, he designed and implemented a system capable of recording all technical functions associated with daily operations thereby improving accountability and efficiency of both the internal staff and external contractors. |
